CLAY STELZER - PCC, ORSCC, MBA

Clay Stelzer, PCC, ORSCC, MBA
Having worked with many of the most innovative companies in the world to develop breakthrough products and services, Clay understands innovation is a function of people, not ideas.

Since shifting focus from “product innovation” to “people innovation”, Clay has become an accomplished coach, trainer and speaker focused on helping people, teams, and organizations wake up to their purpose and to their potential.

By blending ORSC coaching techniques with innovation and design thinking best practices, Clay helps teams reflect on both the “content” of their work as well as the “context” in which they’re working.

In 2016 Clay designed and built a team coaching practice for the technology giant Salesforce. Upon achieving great successes in the US, Clay has since scaled the program around the globe helping over 100 teams maximize their creative potential.  Clay continues to work with Salesforce and other organizations to embrace relationship systems coaching and conscious leadership practices.

Prior to coaching Clay spent 15 years leading marketing and innovation teams helping clients including: Samsung, Pepsico, IBM, Whirlpool, MillerCoors, Intuit and eBay.

He holds a BA in Psychology from The University of Illinois and an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Clay is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF), Organization and Relationship Coaching certified (ORSC) through CRR Global, and 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership certified through The Conscious Leadership Group.

Clay lives with his wife, daughter, and black lab in Chicago.  He isn’t very good at golfing but finds ways to spend countless hours and dollars on it nonetheless.
