Meet your inside team!
Join Cynthia for a fun, playful and powerful taste of her work called The Inside Team. This exploration will be useful for both you and your clients.
We all know the frustration of trying to make a change in our lives, only to find our good intentions derailed along the way. While some obstacles may be external, most of what gets in the way comes from inside - from the differing positions and opinions of the “Players on your Inside Team.” By discovering who is on this team and how the game is played, we can gain new awareness and return to conscious choice and aligned action. |

Known as a passionate pioneer in the world of coaching
Cynthia is internationally known as a passionate pioneer in the world of coaching: one of the first to gain the designation of Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the International Coach Federation, one of the founding leaders for CRR Global and The Coaches Training Institute, and one of the founders of the ICF.

In 2006, she developed The Inside Team, a powerful one- on-one coaching tool, inspired most directly from the Systems Geography principles of CRR Global, followed by the publication of her book “Meet Your Inside Team: How to Turn Internal Conflict into Clarity and Move Forward with Your Life” in 2018.
While Cynthia’s focus is on coach training and leadership development, over the years, she has also become a master in instructional design for experiential learning. Cynthia maintains a full roster of private clients, including corporate execs, entrepreneurs, creative types from the entertainment industry, people in transition, as well as other coaches.

Systems Inspired Leadership – applying ORSC as a leader
How would it be if more leaders integrated ORSC in their leadership? How would it look like in practice? What does it bring organisations? What are the challenges? Frank Uit de Weerd interviewed ca. 30 people in leadership roles with extensive OSRC experience. It is part of a research project he is conducting, together with Marita Fridjhon (co-founder of CRR Global), aimed at writing a book about Systems Inspired Leadership. The belief is that we live in a time that requires a very different approach to leadership. One that puts the human being in the centre and leverages the collective wisdom. Today's world is characterized by high complexity and fast change. It is impossible for a leader to know and control everything. Systems Inspired Leadership is about adopting the ORSC philosophy, principles, skills and tools in the realm of leadership. It offers an important answer to break the prevalent leadership paradigm. Please join this session to hear more about the findings and insights. And also contribute to the research by sharing your experiences, thoughts and insights. In the end, we are all leaders and together we know more…

Spiritual Warriorship; expand your range!
Many of us, as coaches, lead a life of seeking more learning and leadership. We thrive in communities of like-minded people, yet in our families and more intimate relationships, we encounter those that do not play along and tend to bring us back to where we came from.
How can we be with these instant edges of development and use them for the sake of better relationships and leadership for the world? The more we can be in right relationship with ourselves, the more we can be in right relationships with others. In this session, we are going to use the Lands/visitors metaphor from ORSC as a tool to help explore ourselves. |

The Spiritual Underpinnings of ORSC
Alan believes that going from Me to We is always a movement in consciousness and that you are its conduit.
Many leadership coaches and relationship facilitators still view the world from a subject/object perspective. Clients are a collection of object egos being served by a coach, a subject ego, to smooth out the rough edges of separation in the whole. In ORSC, we refer to this whole as the Third Entity. Can the Third Entity even matter in this old paradigm? What happens when we challenge the assumptions of separateness, autonomous egos and individual exceptionalism to see the world as an undivided whole as a starting point? This seeing from the Third Entity itself and its particular individuals as simple arisings within that ocean of presence is the basis for spiritual seeking. It always has been. From the time of Buddha, Jesus Christ and before, all spiritual traditions embrace this path. Alan's goal is to make clear that unboxing paradigms is the activity of consciousness itself. You, in your role, are simply the conduit for its delivery. Anyone who uses tools for spiritual movement they certainly should be aware of such. In this session, current leadership and spiritual models of adult maturity will be explored, positioning ORSC on that map. By exploring the original Myth as the primary human story, understanding of the essence of the spiritual journey and how ORSC facilitates that will be created. |

Alan E. Shelton
After decades of managing and advising large multinational companies, as well as the type of early-stage organizations that launched his highly successful career, Alan migrated to leadership coaching. Having experienced his own awakening, he began to ignite others who
want to live authentically in the global corporate world, supporting them to deconstruct the assumptions that conceal the doorway to living as the awakened self.

A visual practice for disruptive innovation
Since the creation of cave paintings in prehistoric times, the visual channel has been an essential way to communicate. In this session, you will explore the power of visual language when working with ORSC, and how this helps to tap into essence. Combining various methods of visual facilitation and the creative arts supported by ORSC allows for participants to navigate the three levels of reality, unlock a creative process, leverage different channels, uncover minority voices, have new information emerge and crystalize disruptive ideas much faster.
In short, weaving together visual language and system coaching practices helps move a system from a current to a future state. You will expand your toolkit on how to apply and unfold visual language when working with individuals and groups for disruptive innovation or change to emerge.
