Unboxing Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI™)
A session not to be missed for ORSC TM practitioners in the field! Two decades of evolving the ORSC TM program and principles, as well as along the way the distillation of a 3rd Intelligence namely Relationship Systems Intelligence, or RSI, clearly unfolded and moved this work out of essence and dreaming into consensus reality. What took shape were five very clear principles underlying the ORSC (Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching) model - and that is what became RSI.
Join Marita Fridjhon CEO of CRR Global and co-designer of the ORSC model with Faith Fuller, for the unboxing of RSI. |
This theoretical framework is what is shaping the competencies, tools and skills that constitute the ORSC model. Discover first-hand how this is the operating system for all things ORSC! Marita will share both theory and practical application in this interactive presentation.
The framework of RSI will play a key role in the next iteration of the ORSC training curriculum being launched in Q1 of 2020. Come and learn first hand and step into the future and evolution of our work and deepen your knowledge about Relationship Systems Intelligence!

Power and Privilege
In this session, you will explore the concepts of power and privilege and the many, varied sources of privilege (or lack thereof) in society. You’ll gain insight into how these forces shape our personal narratives. Further, you will explore how the narratives that we carry create divides and present barriers to curiosity, understanding, inclusion, and belonging. Some new awareness will be created together of what’s trying to happen for humanity. You’ll gain insight into how each of us can use our privilege to help bring that new dream into fruition.
Participants will explore and gain insight about navigating the complexities of a culture where diversity challenges are created by differences in skin color, gender, gender identity, age, sexual orientation, physical and mental abilities, religions, citizenship status, economic status, education, organizational hierarchy, and more. |

It’s not all about the team!
The importance of sponsorship in systems coaching As systems coaches working with teams, we consistently communicate to the team and sponsors of team coaching that it is the team that is our client. Yet we often find that our client -the team- may initially focus ‘out there’ on the teams they lead. We find them right and redirect them to focus ‘in here’ on the team itself. We reaffirm that we are working with them at a variety of systemic levels - the individual, the partnerships within the team, the team, the stakeholders - and the primary focus is on the team itself.
|
Yet we notice we need to remind ourselves that it’s not all about the team! Upon reflection and introspection, over a decade of coaching in organizations as both external and internal coaches, we are acutely aware of the risks of not paying enough attention to the wider systems of which we and the team are a part. One part of the system that we have found to be crucial to the success of the coaching is the sponsor.

Rediscovering human connection in a digitally connected world
We live in a world where technology allows us to connect more widely than ever before. This has impacted us positively, bringing us into relationship with others globally, increased sharing of ideas and perspectives and finding new and exciting ways to work. Paradoxically, however, research in the US has highlighted that generation Z experiences loneliness more than any other age group. This is accompanied by soaring rates of mental health issues, with smartphones and social media often cited as the culprits. It raises the question; have we lost the art to connect as human beings?
In this session, we will explore how we can evolve to harness technological advancements, yet reconnect to the very essence of what makes us thrive as human beings. We will be looking at self (how do I show up on virtual platforms), at our relationships (how do we consciously use technology to connect) and how can we as ORSC practitioners expand the ORSC framework to work with technology so that we create consciousness and intentionality in how we connect. We will explore what it means to be human, dreaming into what might be possible and identifying action we can take. |

Discover the DTA game
The DTA or Designed Team Alliance (DTA) is a tool that ORSCers use nearly every time when working with a system. In the Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) training program, from Fundamentals to Certification, it is an essential method to align a system. That’s why ORSC-certified practitioner Alain Pottier has created a card game based on this tool.
In this session, you will explore how this card game is designed to help facilitators and participants with designing their team alliance. This game comes in especially handy when teams are struggling to find the right words. It is a simple, intuitive, and fun way to allow a system to get creative when designing a DTA and produce tangible results. |
