Co-Leading:
Partnering with Relationship Systems Intelligence

This workshop brings the theory and skills of CRR Global’s Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI™) to the practice of Co-Leadership in the agile world.

This workshop is applicable to any environment in which two or more people must work together to lead without overall responsibility belonging to just one of the two.

ABOUT THIS COURSE

Business Agility requires a culture focused on Relationship Systems, for shared responsibility, leadership, learning and inclusivity. Creating this type of culture is a systemic responsibility of everyone within the organization.

This module leverages two key principles of Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI). One of those states that “Systems are in a constant state of Emergence” and invites us to create from, rather than react to what is trying to happen. That is key to Co-Leading; not only creating from one another, but also creating from those in front of us.

Another key principle of RSI states that “Systems use roles for executing functions”. Roles therefore belongs to the system. We believe that everyone within an agile company is a leader regardless of their role.

Co-Leadership is an approach to creating shared leadership which focuses on the relationship system between individuals. By skillfully creating from this relationship, we influence the atmosphere on teams and the organization, thus allowing for the shaping of culture. For this reason, Co-Leadership skills and a Relationship Systems approach are crucial for leaders entrusted with creating an agile culture.

This experiential workshop brings the theory and skills of CRR Global’s Relationship Systems Intelligence to the practice of Co-Leadership in the agile world. It is applicable to any environment in which two or more people must work together to lead without either being “in charge.”
