Every student begins their ORSC journey into the series by taking one of two courses, Fundamentals of ORSC™ or ORS@Work (Organization & Relationship Systems at Work).
Both are based on the same set of skills and principles. Once students have completed an introductory course, either (Fundamentals of ORSC or ORS@Work), they can register for the rest of the ORSC series. The courses must be taken in order, as each one builds upon the previous course. |
Fundamentals of ORSC™This course explores a ground breaking model for coaching teams, families, couples, and organizations, ORSC.
Learn to recognize and begin working with the web of relationship between team members, gaining deep insight into how each part of a system can affect the whole. It is the first course in the ORSC series. 12 ICF CCE units Fundamentals of ORSC is geared more toward personal coaching, therapy, couples/team coaching and social work applications.

ORS@ WorkThis business-focused foundational model incorporates the same set of skills and principles used in Fundamentals of ORSC, as you leverage Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI™) to tackle common ailments that plague work environments.
It too can serve as the first course in the ORSC series. 12 ICF CCE units ORS@Work (Organization & Relationship Systems at Work) has been designed for OD, human resource, business coaching and consulting applications.
