To hold ICF standards, we must act with integrity, maintain confidentiality and trust, respect diversity, and remain accountable to both our clients and our profession. Yet the complexity of systems sometimes means that often there is no one right answer. In our September call, CRR Global co-founder Marita Fridjhon and Carissa Bub discuss the ways that ethics come into play while coaching systems, common dilemmas we might encounter, and strategies to support the development of ethical maturity. Carissa Bub, PCC, ORSCC, ESIA, is an accredited ICF and EMCC executive coach, leadership communication expert and coach supervisor who enables senior leadership teams (SLTs), and visionary leaders to navigate the world with dignity and agency. Carissa brings 25 years coaching global C-Suite clients from SMEs to Fortune 100 companies. Since 2007, she has applied the ORSC tools and philosophy along with other proven team effectiveness and systemic coaching frameworks in clients such as BlackRock, MARS, CBRE, Deloitte, UPS and several national health authorities. Marita Fridjhon, PCC, ORSCC, ESIA, is an accredited coach and trained therapist with degrees in Social Work and Medical Social Work. Together with Faith Fuller, Marita co-created Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) and co-founded CRR Global. She is also the co-author of two books, "Coaching Intelligent Teams" and "Systems Inspired Leadership." Recognized as a thought leader in relationship systems coaching and leadership, Marita has served as keynote speaker at events across the world. Including the International Coaching Federation, the Organization Development Network, Scrum Academy. and others. |
