Focus | Gender, Diversity & Allyship Lead | Dominic Longo, PhD, PCC This call is designed to empower ORSC community members with the knowledge, skills, and awareness they need to foster inclusivity, support, and psychological safety - building allyship with the LGBTQ+ community. Join Dominic Longo in this enlightening session to discover essential concepts and vocabulary. But that's not all – gain a deeper understanding of your diversity to foster greater inclusion within yourself and the broader human community. Together, we can create a more inclusive, supportive, and empowering environment for all. ABOUT THE LEAD Dominic Longo, PhD, PCC, founded Flourishing Gays in 2019 to bring queer perspectives to leadership development and coaching. Since then he has been helping clients overcome the myriad obstacles that keep everyone's weird and wonderful potential pushed down. His forthcoming book, "Queer Flourishing: A Guide to Personal Growth and Greater Aliveness for LGBTQ+ Adults," creates for readers an experience akin to the personal growth and leadership development he fosters in clients. A former Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, Dominic holds a Ph.D. in Arabic and Islamic Studies from Harvard University, and draws on his learning from ORSC Fundamentals in his work.
