Program Basics

You’ll receive practical exercises and questionnaires to help your clients and teams immediately apply these concepts to current change initiatives.

Note: to qualify for CCE units, participants must not miss more than one hour of training.

Train the Trainer Supplement

Once you’ve experienced the training for yourself, spend an additional eight hours learning how to run the same program within your organization. 

• Your organization will be supplied with a Train the Trainer binder outlining how to run the workshop, with all of the necessary tools, timelines and graphics.
