Pairing ORSC with Agile |
Leverage the collective intelligence of your Agile team.
Most Agile frameworks bring individuals together as a team to deliver products or services while quickly adapting to the needs of their customers. CRR Global's Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™) methodology enables teams to tap into the full potential of Relationship Systems Intelligence. To succeed in a demanding and highly competitive environment, organizations must draw on the strengths of the entire team to continually improve both process and results. As teams take on greater direct responsibility for results, team coaching is an important element of Agile leadership and consulting.
In a recent survey of Agile coaches, over half express interest in pursuing professional coaching development. ORSC, the trailblazing systems coaching approach created by CRR Global, is a top choice amongst survey participants. |
Expanding the Agile Skillset |
Over 20,000 practitioners around the globe now use ORSC to develop strong relationship.
Agile coaching blends coaching, mentoring, teaching and facilitation with skills from technical, business and transformational domains to empower self-directed teams. The example below shows how one Agile practitioner's skillset might integrate different approaches to facilitate change. |
The ORSC coaching model focuses on leveraging Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI™) to support the team in recognizing its voice, hearing the value in different perspectives held by team members, and working with what is emerging within and around the team.
As teams incorporate ORSC skills into their way of operating, they begin to draw on collective intelligence to find their own creative solutions. |

The ORSC Training Process |
Training in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching involves completing a series of five courses, which can be followed by certification. Those planning to use these skills in a business context often begin with ORS@Work, our business-focused foundational course.
As ORSC is an advanced program, participants entering the series should have a basic understanding of coaching principles. If a coaching approach to leadership is new to you, we recommend first completing an ICF course focused on the core coaching competencies. |
