Facilitating Conversations Around Race, Diversity and Inclusion |
Does your team tiptoe around the tender topic of diversity and inclusion? While it's natural to shy away from this challenging subject, open communication is essential to fostering respectful cultures which truly honor diversity.
We can intentionally consider how to be in relationship with these topics, as we connect with skill and purpose to begin dismantling the barriers which divide. For over 20 years, Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI™) principles, tools and skills have been used to coach alignment and connection in teams. This program is a first foray into a sensitive discussion, one in which all participants will have a respected voice. We rely on rich, time-tested tools which support systems in navigating discomfort and encouraging deep understanding. |

Outcomes |
Relationship Systems Intelligence supports diversity and inclusion in multiple ways.
|
Participants will have an opportunity to practice initiating a conversation about diversity and inclusion. As we review and expand on the practice exercise, we help in considering what to anticipate, appropriate tactics, and how to continue the conversation.
Rest assured knowing that our coaches are experienced in facilitating challenging conversations. Throughout the process, your team will learn how to draw on tools and skills which have been used for over two decades to cultivate relationship in a variety of contexts. Rather than implementing an imposed solution, the system itself aligns on what is needed to move forward. |
