YOU CONFIRM that you have taken the prior prerequisites.
General Terms and Conditions: General Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions and business practices with CRR Global, Inc (CRR).
Payment and Enrollment: You may pay by check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or bank wire. Your signature on the Registration Request Form, completing an online purchase, emailing your approval (do not email credit card information) or by faxing your registration to CRR will authorize CRR Global to immediately charge your credit card. Balances due will be automatically charged 30 days prior to the course start date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Any enrollments in the UK will have an additional VAT added to the course total. All program enrollments are subject to availability, CRR Global reserves the right to cancel or move dates at our discretion without prior notice. For in-person courses, we recommend waiting to make travel arrangements until 30 days or less from the start of course dates.
Once payment has been processed you will receive email notification of your enrollment status. If the course requested is not available, CRR will contact you to discuss other options. Enrollment in the course(s) is based on receipt of funds for both the deposit and balance due. In the process of enrolling in the requested course, CRR Global will notify you if there are insufficient funds. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours of our notification, the requested space in the course will be released and your attendance at the course may be denied.
Buyer’s Right to Cancel: You have a right to cancel your enrollment and potentially receive a refund by delivering a written notice to the following:
All notices of cancellation, withdrawal or transfer will be acknowledged in writing within ten (10) business days of the notification.
You do not have the right to cancel by not attending a course you are registered in, if you do not show up to your course you will forfeit your entire fee paid for the course.
Transfer Fees: A transfer fee of $300 USD will be charged upon your first transfer regardless of when you transfer a course. All subsequent transfers that occur 30 days or more from the start of a course will be charged a transfer fee of $150 USD. All subsequent transfers that occur within 30 days of the start of a course will be charged $300 USD.
Hold Fees: A hold fee of $150 USD will be charged annually (based on the date we first received your funds) on all monies held in your account due to holds.
Cancellation, Withdrawal, and Refund Fees: Refunds are processed once a month, on the 10th of each month. Refunds will be credited against the payment method used at the time of purchase. Written notification to cancel a course must be received 30 days or more prior to the course start date. In addition to the cancellation, withdrawal and refund policy per the program you are enrolled (see specific cancellation, withdrawal, and refund policy below) you will be charged a $150 USD cancellation fee for cancellations prior to 30 days of the course start or orientation date. For cancellations within 30 days of the course start or orientation date there is a $300 USD late cancellation fee.
Right of Refusal: CRR Global reserves the right to refuse student participation in the program. In addition, CRR Global reserves the right to remove from a program any student who is negatively impacting other students and/or the learning environment. Students may also be denied attendance for non-payment of funds. Being asked not to participate in, or being removed from the program, as well as voluntarily choosing to leave the program is considered a withdrawal and will be handled as directed by the withdrawal policies.
ORSC
Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching Fundamentals/ORS@Work and $1,639 USD for each, Intelligence: A Roadmap for Change;, Geography: Roles and Structures, Path: Vision and Potential, and Systems Integration: Moving Toward Mastery. You will be refunded or charged based on these rates in addition to the cancellation fees listed above. (Applies to payment plan and pay in full scholarships.)
Individual Course Withdrawal: If you withdraw from an individual course after the course has already begun you will forfeit your class fees. Cancellation fees apply as listed above.
Certification
Certification Payment & Enrollment: All certification payments are made in USD. If you chose the payment plan option, the applicable monthly charges will be automatically charged to your credit card on a monthly basis, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. All program enrollments are subject to availability. Enrollment in ORSC Certification is contingent upon receipt of funds for both the deposit and monthly payments due. You will receive written notification of your enrollment status. In the process of enrolling in the requested program, CRR Global will notify you if there are insufficient funds. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours of our notification, the requested space in the program will be released. In addition to payment, ORSC Certification requires a completed Requirements Document to be on file prior to the beginning of a Cohort. This document will be sent after sign up and outlines the additional requirements needed for Certification.
Certification Withdrawal: Cancellation fees apply as listed above and calculated based on the Orientation Call Date. If you choose to withdraw from the program within 30 days of the Orientation call you will be charged 10% based on the current full ORSC Certification fee in addition to the cancellation fees listed above. Withdrawing anytime between the start of the Orientation and the first call is worth 20% of the full ORSC Certification fee, and each succeeding month 10% more, of the full ORSC Certification fee in addition to the cancellation fees listed above.
Attendance for any portion of the month constitutes a full month’s attendance. This includes the Orientation. For example, if you withdrew during the second month, you would be charged 40% of the full cost, plus a $300 USD late cancellation fee. Arrangements for withdrawal must be made with your Cohort Leader and by contacting the CRR Global office directly. Due to the importance of building relationships and consistent community, anyone wishing to rejoin the program after a withdrawal will be obliged to start at the beginning of a new cohort. Restarting the program will require waiting until an appropriate space is available and will require a new full registration. (Applies to Scholarships.)
Certification Transfer Fees: You may request to transfer from one Cohort to another however cohorts are designed to function with a particular number of participants. Due to space and time limitations, it may not be possible to grant your request. If you choose to withdraw from the program as a result of your request for a transfer not being granted, the withdrawal clause will apply. Your request must be made 30 days or more prior to the start of Orientation. If your request is granted, you will be charged according to the transfer fees listed above. Transfer within 30 days of Orientation is considered a withdrawal.
Certification Cancellation: Written notice must be received by CRR Global before a refund will be issued for a Certification withdrawal.
