Nature Retreat Objectives
​

Carve out a day and let nature do the heavy lifting. In this one day virtual retreat we will explore how nature can be a support and ally in a volatile world. We’ll also engage with practices that help us reconnect with the wisdom of nature.

This is not a “coach training“ but an experiential retreat day with an emphasis on being in nature. The day will be all about connection. Our high dream is you will leave this retreat feeling energized, inspired and refreshed for whatever work you do.

You Will Need
​

• Zoom technology (good access to internet). You will alternate easy access to an inviting nature space (could be your own back yard, park or a nature reserve) when you are not on Zoom.
• In the event of adverse weather, being able to sit inside and view nature, or be in a sheltered place outside, (or ..... dance in the puddles if rain).
• You will receive an e-workbook and readiness instructions shortly before the retreat.
