READING TIME: under 4 minutes It’s not unusual to hear people say that discovering Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™) feels like coming home. Often they can’t wait to learn more. This visionary model provides a framework for coaching systems of any size. If you want to build on your existing skills, we have options! From free community calls to mastery-level programs, there are many ways to expand your knowledge of all things ORSC. Ready to go deeper and further? Consider these options. The ORSC Community is a free monthly virtual meeting, and is open to anyone who is interested in ORSC. Whether you’re just hearing about it for the first time or have been coaching systems for years, there’s a place for you here. Join us to shift into a systems mindset, as together we deepen our practice of Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI™), spark transformation and reveal the brilliance of systems. In autumn 2023, our community expands to include anyone in the Americas, and ORSCers from across the world are always welcome. You can also access links to replays of past U.S. community discussions. If you haven’t done so already, take the next course. In Fundamentals or ORS@Work, you learned the basics of relationship systems coaching. The intermediate courses take you even deeper, adding layers of knowledge to the foundation you’ve already laid. Intelligence gives you a rich model and tools for working with change. Geography reconsiders the roles we unconsciously take on in relationship, and Path provides structure for turning a common vision into reality. Systems Integration connects the dots between all of the courses, and shows you how to design effective coaching engagements. Once you put what you’ve learned into practice, did you ever wish you could return to the course room? All of our courses have been recently updated, so there’s even more to discover in this familiar material. You can register again with an alumni discount, or get an entirely different perspective by volunteering to assist a course. Discover what goes into creating strong relationship and learn about the fine points of working with teams and systems in CRR Global’s podcast. Host Katie Churchman invites systems coaching experts to discuss everything from the theory behind the ORSC model to systemic equity to recent developments in neuroscience. The magical atmosphere in CRR Global’s course rooms doesn’t just happen - it’s carefully designed and cultivated. If you want to apply the secrets of effective co-coaching and leadership to your practice, the Alchemy course explains just how it’s done. Did you come out of an ORSC course with new contacts? It’s hardly surprising, since this training is all about developing relationship. Check to see if any of your peers would like to meet regularly to practice and swap ideas about using ORSC. For more ideas, listen to the Relationship Matters podcast on coaching circles. Did you know about the books? Together with her co-authors, CRR Global co-founder Marita Fridjhon has outlined the theory and practice of working with systems as a whole. These two books, Creating Intelligent Teams and Systems Inspired Leadership, are available through the CRR Global website. Take a reflective look at your own practice in Systems Coaching Supervision.
