Alchemy: The Art and Science of Co-Facilitation
This three-day (or six half-day) course is designed for pairs that: co-facilitate, co-train, co-present or co-coach.
Have you ever left a workshop feeling uplifted and inspired? How about ready, able and excited to implement what you have learned? Creating that kind of impact is what Alchemy is all about.
Magical co-facilitation doesn't just happen. Knowing how to mix science and systems theory with verve and vitality gives you and your partner the power to create and deliver great programs together.
Alchemy is for facilitators who want to "up their game." You will incorporate the latest from systems and adult learning theories plus tips from neuroscience into your repertoire. And you will learn how to deliver seamlessly and in-sync with your partner.

Walk the Talk
As ORSC™ professionals, we all have worked hard and extended our hands and our hearts - often beyond our capacity - in service of something bigger than ourselves.
What about you? What does it mean to walk the talk of right relationship, to live the work, and not only to practice it with clients? How can we deepen our own relationship with ourselves, with others, and with the greater entity?
We all know the frustration of trying to overcome a long-standing obstacle or make some other significant change in our lives, only to find our good intentions derailed by potholes and roadblocks that send us careening into the ditch. While some of these obstacles may be external, the truth is that most of what gets in the way of our good intentions comes from inside us. And only by going inside can we find the solution that will genuinely free us up to move forward toward meaningful action that produces lasting results.
