The ORSC curriculum is the first relationship systems-focused coach training program to be accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). As such, through the ORSC Coach Training program, it is possible to work toward an ICF Credential of ACC, PCC, or MCC.

ORSC  Series - Introductory Courses

The journey begins with one of two courses, Fundamentals of ORSC™ or Organization & Relationship Systems at Work (ORS@Work). This cutting-edge coaching model is based on systems theory, process work, family systems therapy, Alternative Dispute Resolution, quantum physics, and Co-Active Coaching™.

From Coast to Coast
In 2024, our virtual course times were updated to better accommodate both East & West coasts.

Learn to recognize and begin working with the web of relationship between team members, gaining deep insight into how each part of a system can affect the whole. 

Fundamentals of ORSC is great for: 

• Professionals already engaged in working with groups, teams and partnerships; mediators, lawyers and OD consultants;

• Experienced coaches who want to develop a new market niche—coaching relationship systems in their industry of choice;
• Executive and organizational coaches who will benefit from an effective relationship systems approach to working with groups of clients.

• OD consultants, financial planners, or anyone who relies on relationships to drive their business.

ORSC SERIES - Courses That Follow The Introductory Course

CCE units: 18 per course.

The second course provides a robust toolkit for increasing emotional resilience in the face of change. Discover how to create an emotionally and psychologically safe atmosphere, and encourage buy-in and ownership while navigating change and organizational transformation. 

In the third course, we create clarity and trust by examining the roles each team member plays. Explore why roles belong to the system rather than to individuals, and how to recognize and nurture the structures of relationships. 

This fourth course in the ORSC series focuses on partnerships as a creative force. Tap into your team's true potential as you learn how to align on a mutual goal and develop a strategic plan for bringing this vision into reality. ​

Deepen and enrich the ORSC skillset in this final course, as you practice and integrate the numerous skills and tools you’ve learned throughout the ORSC series.
